WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY, AUGUST AND HOLIDAY CHRISTMAS

These rates are for two adults and 3 children of less than fifteen years old.
For any additional adult residing at the country cottage, 
a supplement of 10 $ per day per person is required.

Hour of arrival, 16: (or before if the cottage is available)
Time of departure 12:00.

SPECIAL DURING THE LOW SEASON:
On 3 nights package minimum including the weekend, 
obtain one additional free night DURING WEEK.

Dogs and cats CAN be accepted, 
A supplement of 10 $ per day will be required.
Warn us BEFORE making your reservation.

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 30 %
is required at the time of your reservation
and a photocopy of your driver licence is required.
The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival
or by CERTIFIED cheque at the time of your arrival.

An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail 
or by mail and you must show it to get your key.

A REFUNDABLE deposit of 200 $ is required.
If there are damages, we will keep the amounts necessary 
for the repairs or the replacement.
The balance of the deposit as well as the copies of the invoices will be given to you.

INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL :

• River Trout fishing rights in season 
  (you must have your fishing permit)
• A half cord of wood for indoorr heating only.
• Bed linen, utensils, dishes and cauldrons etc… 
• Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, spices, coffee and filter, and birdseeds
  (if the quantities are insufficient, you must get some at your own expenses at the grocery located 5 minutes away of cottage).

OUTDOOR :

• fireplace, you must use drywood,
• picnic table,
• chairs,
• bench,
• volley ball equipment, badminton etc.

renting hiring of VTT and snowmobile.
Possibility of 5 services country dinner at moderate price 
and care in a health center on reservation.

House cleaning is done during the weekend.
